Our Motivation

Although climate fluctuations have occurred throughout the history of our 4.6 billion year old planet, there is no doubt that humans are the main cause of the current global warming.

It is precisely the high speed at which climate change is progressing that poses an enormous problem. Neither flora and fauna nor people can adapt so quickly to the changing environmental conditions.

If we want to keep open the possibility for young people, and also for the generations following them, to grow up on a livable and living earth, enormous public and private efforts are required now.

An appropriate educational program that addresses the causes and consequences of the current climate change, but also the opportunities that are still available for us today, is an essential part of a social rethink. An appropriate educational offer is therefore also the responsibility of the teachers!
